Ms. Maureen A. Enmark graduated from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law in 1986. After working as a creditor’s attorney in a Northern California firm, Maureen followed her husband around the world courtesy of the U.S. Navy. She worked in areas as diverse as education, domestic violence prevention services and debtor representation before returning home to California. Maureen is licensed to practice law in California, Florida, Hawaii and Virginia as well as all United States District Courts in the State of California. Nowfocusing exclusively on consumer bankruptcy cases, she strives to provide each client high quality legal services with the level of personal attention that she believes every client deserves.
Mr. Scott M. Schegel is a native Californian who graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 1998 and has been representing San Diegans for over 10 years in a wide range of complex legal matters. His history of experience ranges from years in successful private practice as well as supervising attorneys in a local San Diego law firm. While many attorneys often have other attorney colleagues appear in court on their behalf, Scott takes a hands-on approach for all of his cases and has personally appeared in San Diego County courts thousands of times for his clients. He is licensed to practice in all state courts within California, as well as before the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Scott has had a successful career for many years in San Diego and has a great reputation for his work ethic, confidence and persistence in ensuring his clients are fairly and thoroughly represented.
Mr. Todd F. Willams also graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1998. Mr. Williams is an author, speaker and panel expert on the subject of 1031 Exchanges and Bankruptcy who frequently conducts continuing education seminars for Attorneys, CPAs and Real Estate Professionals. Mr. Williams has a diverse background, which includes the syndication of over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate, being a founding partner in The Law Offices of Rojo, Williams, Schlegel and Moyers, where his practice included real estate, civil and criminal Litigation as well as corporate and business formation. In addition, Mr. Williams is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and has served as General Counsel to a successful Mortgage and Escrow Company. He holds Series 7, 22, 39 and 63 securities licenses as a financial advisor and member of FINRA/SIPC.
